Once a year in the end of June, the Extreme Sports Week (Ekstremsportveko) is held in Voss. Here you can try all sorts of actvities for the adventorous soul, such as a wind tunnell, paragliding, hanggliding or white water rafting. Voss is also a really nice little town with cafes and shops. There are good train connections with the train both to Bergen (1,5 hours) and Oslo (5 hours). The train ride between Oslo and Voss is worth the ticket, we promise!
